The Pitch gives purpose-led UK businesses the tools they need to change the world. Our programme provides founders with a friendly, accessible environment to help them build confidence, hone their pitch and get investment ready.
The Pitch launches in spring each year. Any startup can apply, as long as they’re based in the UK and have been trading for less than three years.
Our judges choose the top 60 applications to progress to our six regional finals, which are held in Edinburgh, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol and London (x2).
Before each event, startup founders have the chance to attend an online pitching workshop with one of our pitching coaches. They will then compete in the live event, giving a 90-second pitch to investors and industry experts.
Videos of the pitches and the scores will be added to our top 100 leaderboard, which will be seen by thousands of people.
Finally, the top startup from each regional event will head to The Pitch Final in London, where they will pitch to industry-leading investors and entrepreneurs. This is followed by drinks and networking with investors, journalists and other business owners.
As a contestant, you’ll also have the opportunity to meet key startup investors through The Pitch network, access exclusive deals and discounts, and get a tonne of great PR for your business.
