Our primary fund, Access EIS, was built on optimising growth by building large, diverse portfolios and facilitating access to the best startups through co-investment with experienced angel investors whose track record of success met our strict criteria.
From 2024, we have begun to add additional funds to our product offering to develop our principle of diversification further. Our most recent additions are managed in partnership with Angel Academe and Carbon13 – and focus on female-founded tech EIS-eligible companies and climatetech SEIS-eligible companies respectively.
With the new funds we are adding to our offering, we enable investors to tap into new opportunities arising from the market and to focus their investment on these opportunities if they choose. Through this process, they develop diverse holdings across multiple sectors and stages and continuously develop their growth potential.
Authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) SyndicateRoom's products have invested into over 250 startups across six funds and counting.
We have deployed over £77,000,000 into these startups with our members investing from as little as £1,000 up to our largest client who has invested £15,000,000.
