The partner was referred to me in that it is a CRM but has access to over 150K investors globally. I paid the monthly pro package to start. It is a large CRM system that allows you to find investors, add them to a created pathway, and then use an email system integrated with your Linkedin and Email and track viewing of your pitch deck. The problem is, the mass amounts of bad emails or bouncebacks that count as opened and successful. When in fact, there were no viable investors replying. Not one of the over 400 outreaches and those opened looked at the Pitch Deck. I found myself most of the time just deleting and editing profiles for them of investors no longer there. I only used it a month, but in that month - I got zero access to any investors. I will say that the staff member that helped me through multiple emails and even calls, was EXTREMELY helpful. Very knowledgeable and kind. But the system just wasn't performing to what I needed. I need access to investors....not editing contact boxes.
